Terms of Service

Definitions

"BlockInvo-iQ" and "the Service" mean the BlockInvo-iQ website and application. "You" or "User" means the business or person using the Service. "Your Customer" means a person or business you invoice using the Service.

Nature of the Service

BlockInvo-iQ is invoicing, quote and payment-management software. AUTOMATE-iQ LTD is not acting through BlockInvo-iQ as a bank, payment service provider, electronic-money issuer, deposit-taking institution, escrow agent, or custodian of funds. BlockInvo-iQ does not hold or move your funds or your customers’ funds. Where online payments are enabled, payment processing is performed by third-party providers such as Paystack, directly between your own merchant account and your Customer.

Accounts and eligibility

The Service is for business use. You must provide accurate registration information. Sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Free trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start. There is no permanent free tier. At the end of the trial, access may be limited or paused until a paid plan is active.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans and prices will be published on the Pricing page before paid billing begins. Paid billing is not yet active. AUTOMATE-iQ LTD will notify users before subscription charges begin and will provide the applicable billing terms, renewal terms and tax treatment before any payment is taken. We may change prices in future on notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. The effect of cancellation and any refund position are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing invoicing.
• Do not use the Service to mislead your own customers.
• Do not abuse, scrape, overload or attempt to circumvent the Service.
• Comply with the rules of Paystack, Meta / WhatsApp, and any messaging provider you use through the Service.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you put into the Service. You grant AUTOMATE-iQ LTD a licence to host and process that data to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload.

Third-party services

Payment, messaging and AI features rely on third-party providers and are governed by their terms. Their availability is not guaranteed, and any fees they charge are separate and payable by you.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we may carry out maintenance.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service meets your tax, accounting or regulatory obligations. You remain responsible for your own tax, VAT and record-keeping.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.

Indemnity

You will indemnify AUTOMATE-iQ LTD against claims arising from your content or your use of the Service in breach of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal risk. On termination we will provide a reasonable period to export your data before deletion.

Intellectual property

AUTOMATE-iQ LTD owns the BlockInvo-iQ software, brand and website. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you may have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified where reasonably practicable.
